I recently stumbled upon this lovely little bakery while passing through town, and let me tell you, it was an absolute gem! The aroma of freshly baked bread hit me as soon as I walked through the door, and I instantly felt at home. I picked up a couple of their famous sourdough loaves and a dozen of their assorted pastries. The sourdough was perfectly crusty on the outside yet soft and chewy on the inside; it's honestly the best loaf I've had in ages. The pastries, oh my goodness, they were heavenly! I particularly enjoyed the almond croissant, which was flaky and filled with just the right amount of almond paste. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, offering suggestions without being pushy, which I really appreciated. I did notice that the seating area is quite limited, so if you're planning to enjoy your treats on-site, it might be a bit cramped during peak hours. But that didn’t dampen my experience at all. It's clear that a lot of love and care goes into their baking, and I can't wait to return to try more items from their menu. Highly recommend it to anyone who enjoys a good slice of bread or a flaky pastry. I’ll definitely make it a point to come back whenever I’m in the area again. This place really deserves more recognition for its quality and charm!
